What is the Affiliate Program?

The Meanderbug.com Affiliate Program allows you to make money by referring customers to purchase Meanderbug.com offers. You earn commission by placing links and/or promotional banners on your web site that directs buyers to the Meanderbug.com site. Additionally, affiliates may use social media channels that allow affiliate marketing as well as email to an existing subscriber list.

What are the rules/terms of the Affiliate Program?

How do I become an affiliate?

The Affiliate Program is managed by Paradigma, LLC. You will need to complete the Affiliate Program Application for the Meanderbug.com Affiliate Program manager to review. If approved, your affiliate account will be activated.

How does the Affiliate Program work?

It’s easy. You make money by referring customers to the Meanderbug.com website. We will then send your commission directly to your PayPal account as soon as your commission exceeds the payment threshold ($100).

Does it cost me anything to become an affiliate?

The program is free to join. There are no monthly charges and no minimum sales requirements.

Are sites outside of the U.S. eligible for the Affiliate Program?

Yes, you may join the affiliate program as long as you have a verified PayPal account.

I operate multiple websites, can I still participate in the Affiliate Program?

Yes. You’re welcome to promote Meanderbug.com across all of your websites. The more links and banners you place on your websites, the more qualified leads you’re likely to send us and this should translate into a higher conversion.

Is my blog or website eligible for the Affiliate Program?

Most blogs and websites qualify to participate in the Affiliate Program, but we reserve the right to refuse membership or revoke your membership at any time if we determine that your website contains objectionable material, such as defamatory content, pornography or other content of an adult nature.

I don’t have a blog or website, can I still participate in the Affiliate Program?

Yes. You can still share your affiliate link via email or on sites like Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.

Where can I find my affiliate link?

Login to the Meanderbug.com affiliate page at the following url: https://www.meanderbug.com/affiliate-area/.

Once logged in, your affiliate link will be listed at the bottom of the page.

How much money will I earn through your Affiliate Program?

Our standard commission rate is 5% of the purchase price.

How do I track my earnings?

You can login to the Meanderbug.com website at any time for access to real-time reports and get up-to-the-minute information about any commissions you’ve earned.

Is there a minimum payout amount?

Yes. There is a minimum payout amount ($100).

When will I receive my affiliate commissions?

After you reach the minimum payout threshold, your affiliate payments are processed and sent directly to your PayPal account between the 1st and 10th day of each month. While we usually process all payments on the 1st day of the month, we don’t guarantee payments will be posted by the 1st. We hold payments for a full 30 days to allow for processing, chargebacks, etc. For example, you would receive an affiliate payment for services rendered throughout the full month of August, on October 1st.

What if my affiliate payment is blocked, rejected or unclaimed?

On occasion affiliate payments are blocked or rejected by PayPal or are listed as unclaimed. Usually this is because PayPal does not do business in your country or the email address associated with the affiliate account is incorrect. As an affiliate it is your responsibility to make sure your email address on file with Meanderbug.com is valid and is able to receive payments from PayPal. Any and all payments unclaimed over 90 days are forfeited.

Can I earn commissions on my own purchases?

Sorry, but no. You will not receive any credit when making a purchase through your own affiliate link. You may receive an automatic notification from Meanderbug.com to let you know that a sale has taken place, but your affiliate payments will not include commissions for the sale.
