Recipe: Grilled Tuna Salad with Avocado and Mango

Tuna Salad with Avocado and Mango
Serves 4

1 large head butter lettuce, wash, dried, and broken into large leaves
1 bunch arugula, wash, dried
6 cherry tomatoes wash, quartered
4 cups chopped grilled tuna
2 large fresh mangos, peeled and sliced into strips
2 avocados, sliced
coarse salt, to taste
fresh ground black pepper, to taste

Place salad leaves, arugula onto individual dinner plates. Fill each salad plate with chopped tuna, quartered tomatoes, sliced mango and sliced avocado. Sprinkle salad with salt and pepper. Optional drizzle with extra-virgin olive oil
