Smoked Salmon Salata
250 g smoked salmon
1/3 cup chopped celery
1 dl mayonnaise
1 teaspoon grated lemon zest
1 Tablespoon chopped chives
1 Tablespoon chopped capers
Chop salmon into small pieces. Combine the smoked salmon, mayonnaise, celery, chives, capers, lemon zest and ¼ teaspoon pepper in a medium bowl.
Stir well and serve. Optional: place it on a bed of butter lettuce, pumpernickel bread or warm toast.
