A favorite Orthodox site the world over, Ostrog is a place worth visiting. Though it is physically in central Montenegro, it is also somehow suspended in a mountain between heaven and earth.
There is this magical place with mountains unlike others that is always worth a visit. Take those mountain views add in some snow, spring flowers, mountain bikes, and friends, then you have a unique, unforgettable experience.
The capital of Serbia has a growing number of artists that are adding flair to the urban landscape with their street art. We enjoyed it and hope you do too.
We found 3 cafes in Ljubljana near the Central Market that each had something unique to offer. We loved it and are confident you will too.
When the sun shines into this cave which is accessible only by waterway, the light reflects through the blue waters lighting up the cave brilliantly. You need to experience it to get the full effect.
6. Zrno Cafe
Just a couple months ago the first third wave coffee shop opened its doors in Montenegro. The coffee and community forming there are unique. If you are anywhere close to Podgorica, you will want to check this out.
7. Legion Run
This is a 5K mudder that values team far above the individual. Lots of fun to be had here around the Balkan peninsula and in other parts of the world.
The Korzos Bakery is a special place because the story is special and the treats are traditional and yum. When you travel through Podgorica, you need to make it a point to stop here for a while.
