Mountains come with canyons. That makes the Balkans a phenomenal, yet largely undiscovered spot for canyoning. Montenegro has the Tara Canyon, the deepest canyon in Europe. Rugged mountains like those in the Balkans need off-road vehicles to go to new frontiers. We are finding adventure travel opportunities in places like Montenegro, Albania, and Macedonia where guides are taking people into largely uncharted areas.
