  1. Skadar lake experience

We stayed at the lake house our first day in country from the U.S. It was so peaceful and quiet. We took an hour long boat excursion on the lake to photograph the birds and scenery which is beautiful. After a relaxing tour on the water we were treated to a meal that was amazing and then had a good nights rest. Just what we needed after 30 hours of travel.
The next morning we were treated to a gorgeous sunrise and a breakfast that was outstanding which set the beginning of our adventure off perfect. The people we met were so friendly and hospitable..

  2. relaxing time

The views are very beautiful. The ride on the lake was great watching the ducks and birds. Relaxing on the porch enjoying the view. The time to enjoy our dinner with all the different kinds of homemade bread, fresh fried fish, homemade goat and cow cheese, with Pita with fruit was excellent. The quiet time was needed after our 30 hours travel had a well needed sleep.

Waking up to the “SUN SHINNY” with a amazing view setting up in bed not wanting to get out. Our breakfast was gong to be there soon we wanted to eat while it was hot. To start our morning with a great breakfast. If you love coffee the way I do; this Country knows how to make great coffee any way you want.

Skadar Lake is a must see and stay a few nights. We would love to go back do it all over again.

  3. Beautiful house and great food !

We stayed two nights in this beautiful house. But we could have stayed longer. You just cannot stop watching the view through the big window of the living-room, with air-conditioning. We stayed inside and not often on the terrace because it was exceptionally hot these few days in August. Beds are great.
The food cooked by a neighbour wife was more than delicious.
    Thank you!
